1. Shipping Locations
Currently, we offer shipping to all major cities and regions across India. We do not ship internationally at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, we aim to process it within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak times or promotional periods, processing times may extend slightly, but we will keep you informed about any delays.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Standard Delivery: 4-7 business days
Delivery times vary based on the destination and your location in India. We strive to ensure all orders reach you within the estimated time frame.
4. Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping: Free shipping for orders above ₹1000.
For orders below this amount, a nominal shipping fee of ₹100 will apply. Shipping fees, if any, will be calculated at checkout based on the order amount and location.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with tracking details. You can use this information to track your package online until it reaches your doorstep.
6. Delays or Exceptions
While we make every effort to ensure timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or operational challenges with our logistics partners may cause delays. In such cases, we will notify you via email or phone and provide updates on the expected delivery time.
7. Incorrect Shipping Details
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout. BhuuuBrands is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you realize there’s an error, kindly contact us immediately. Once the package is dispatched, address changes are not possible.
8. Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package up to 2 times. If delivery fails after the attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact you to re-arrange the delivery or process a refund, excluding the shipping fees.
9. Unboxing Your Parcel
We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video of the parcel when you receive it. This helps verify the contents of the package in case of any missing or damaged items. The video will assist us in processing your claims more efficiently.

We have partnered with reliable courier services to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your orders. Please note that shipping times may vary slightly based on your location and the courier service handling your shipment.
